After extensive conversations with women about their experiences during pregnancy and childbirth, we gained insight into their emotional journeys. They shared their feelings about the physical pains, transformative body changes, body hatred, and diverse challenges they faced. However, amidst these difficulties, they unanimously agreed that the outcome—their precious child—was their most remarkable achievement, making every struggle worthwhile. I want to express my deepest admiration and gratitude to all women worldwide for their extraordinary strength, resilience, and courage.
