The outer layer is a series concept, purposely with the aim of Educating the public about the Dermis (Skin), which comes in various tones and shades, but mainly Black and White, ignoring the actual grade of the colour, but that’s another story.
It has always been that in terms of population, the Whites are more than the Blacks, though it is believed by many that the Blacks are stronger and ageless, as the saying goes “Black doesn’t crack”, but sadly many has come and gone due to historical brutality by man’s nature, for example slavery and racism, but then again, that’s a story for another day.
In recent times, we have both race wanting to be like the other for different individuals’ reasons, some due to oppression, and others maybe guilt, therefore tampering with the tone of the outer layer.
In conclusion, Black is usually identified with negative things, for example, the Black sheep of the family, Blackmail and more, but the blacks are turning the table around, saying it’s not just about the outer layer, but the inside also (Purity of the Heart), same body structure, they boldly say Black is Beautiful, Black is Elegant and most importantly BLACK LIVES MATTER ???.
But the big question comes again

What if Blacks out-way the population of the white race, will the outcome be different
